This event is organised in the context of the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP27 scheduled from 6 to 18 November 2022 in Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt.

During the debate, the EACB, in collaboration with its member Rabobank as a host, will highlight the climate adaptation challenges and actions undertaken by co-operative banks and their customers, showing the role of co-operative banks in helping to increase resilience of local economies. The exchanges will investigate the possibilities for more cooperation between the public and private sector by giving the floor to a mix of representatives from co-operative banks, experts from productive sectors, as well as regulators and supervisors.
