In the framework of the International Summit of Co-operatives 2014, the European Association of Co-operative Banks (EACB) organised a lunch debate 'Co-operative Banks : Leveraging the Co-operative Difference' in Québec City on 7th October.
This EACB event assessed the key issues of the co-operative banking sector (governance, business models and leveraging the co-operative difference) in light of the findings of the 2014 Oliver Wyman study on co-operative banks 'Co-operative Banking : Leveraging the co-operative difference to adapt to a new environment'.
