The Co-operative Credit Bank adheres to the Code of Good Tax Practices. The code has been developed by the Large Business Forum in conjunction with the Spanish tax authorities.
This initiative aims to promote transparency, good faith and cooperation with the AEAT (acronym in Spanish of the State Agency for Tax Administration): corporate tax practice and legal certainty in the application and interpretation of tax regulations.
The Co-operative Credit Bank has expressly committed to avoiding opaque structures with tax purposes and report regularly to the Board on the fiscal policies applied.
