The European Associaiton of Co-operative Banks (EACB) is pleased to inform that on 1 December, the Financial Data Exchange Templates (FinDatEx) platform published the European Feedback Template (EFT V1) which is now available on the FinDatEx website. This template standardises the information to be sent back from the distributor to the manufacturer under the MiFID II target market requirements, and is the first European-wide feedback template to be available for exchange.
This is not the first template to be developed and endorsed by FinDatEx. In December 2019, the European MiFID Template (EMT V3) was published (press release), and followed by publication of the Solvency II Tripartite Template (TPT V5) in January 2020.
The EFT and all other FinDatEx templates are not compulsory, provided to the industry free of charge and are free of any intellectual property rights.
