Paris, 15/01/2026 - The General Assembly of the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel (CNCM) unanimously elected Priscille Szeradzki as General Manager. Her appointment will take effect on 1 February 2026. She succeeds Isabelle Ferrand, whose term began on 1 May 2023. Ms Szeradzki proposed Emmanuelle Revolon as her Deputy General Manager, which was endorsed by CNCM Board.
Priscille Szeradzki, General Manager of the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel, declared:
"I thank all the members of the General Assembly of the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel for their confidence, as well as Isabelle Ferrand, with whom I have had the pleasure of working since I joined the Group. It is a real source of pride to continue, alongside Emmanuelle Revolon, a mission guided by the values of mutualist banking, which are deeply meaningful to me—whether it be the strength of the collective, the pursuit of social utility, democratic governance, or consideration for the diversity of our regions."
Nina Schindler, CEO of EACB, commented:
“Priscille's appointment at the helm of CNCM is a strong recognition of her leadership and deep commitment to cooperative and mutualist banking. At EACB, we are proud to work with a President who embodies the cooperative values and who contributes so actively to championing the cooperative banking model in Europe. I warmly congratulate her on this important new role and look forward to our continued collaboration advancing the cooperative voice in the EU legislative debate."
