On Monday, 25th of September, the LUMSA Center for Relationship Banking and Economics (CERBE), will host the EACB Think Tank Meeting, an international periodic workshop bringing together academics from the EACB Think Tank to produce and discuss articles and research topics on the co-operative banking model.
The workshop will be attended by LUMSA economists: Giovanni Ferri, Claudio Giannotti and Pierluigi Murro, who will present to the participants the activities of the CERBE, but also Prof. Hans Groenveld from TIAS University in Tilburg (Netherlands) and others.
The EACB Think Tank was established in 2008, with the will of growing interest in the specificities of the co-operative banking model and the need to stimulate further research. It currently consists of about 20 academics in the cooperative banks sector and has exchanges and synergies with other co-operative finance research institutes such as HEC Montreal and EURICSE.
