Cooperative banks focus their activities on the creation of value for their members making them distinct from their competitors. Therefore developing and implementing a MemberValue strategy is one of the most relevant tasks for managers of cooperative banks.
This working paper provides a strctured framework for the analysis of different components of the MemberValue that is created for the members. It is basis for a comprehensive empirical analysis of MemberValu strategies and how theses strategies are perceived by the members of cooperative banks.
