The members of the European Association of Co-operative Banks (EACB) welcome the opportunity to comment on Commission’s DG FISMA consultation paper on the possible impact of the CRR and CRD IV on bank financing of the economy. The members of the EACB welcome this initiative of the Commission to consult stakeholders on the impacts of the regulatory changes brought by the CRR-CRDIV framework.
