Digital Euro

Digital euro may have far-reaching implications for the European economy, co-operative banks and the financial sector at large. The Digital Euro Working Group concerns itself with: identifying, monitoring and assessing European initiatives related to a retail digital euro and its implications for cooperative banks, elaborating common positions towards the EU institutions and other relevant organisations; coordinating relevant lobby initiatives to bring forth the common positions developed; and interacting with the European institutions (European Central Bank, European Commission, European Parliament, Council, EBA) and other relevant stakeholders.
