Abstract
The objectives are to Undertake a comprehensive assessment of the consequences of financial regulation in risk on the operation of retail banks and the particular consequences for financial cooperatives. How their business model and their values are directly affected?
We want to make an initial assessment of the implementation of Pillar 2 of Basel 2 recovery by Basel 3 also called SREP for "Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process," which represents both a quantitative and qualitative system of risk control and consistency with the business model.
