EACB Comments on ECON Texts regarding Accounting Directive

The EACB commented on the ECON Draft Opinion of Mr. Klinz and on the ECON Suggested Amendments 25-185 on the Commission’s Proposal on the annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements and related reports of certain types of undertakings COM(2011) 684, the so-called "Accounting Directive".
