Interview by the International Summit of Co-operatives 2014 with the EACB General Manager Hervé Guider about the Paris Declaration

In an interview with the International Summit of Co-operatives 2014, the EACB General Manager Hervé Guider explained the ins and outs of  the Paris Declaration that was issued by European leaders of co-operative banks on the 26^th of July 2013. “It aims to raise the awareness of regulators, supervisors, and other decision makers about the impact of their decisions on Europe's economy” he declared.

Mr Guider also broached  the issues co-operative banks encounter with the requirements of the current regulatory reforms and also explained how they could manage to carve out a larger place for themselves in the coming decade.
